TYPES OF EVENTS WE BOOK (upcoming events)
We book private and public events including, but not limited to college parties, galas, corporate events, company parties, weddings, music halls, concerts, festivals, clubs, amphitheaters, and street fairs. For each event we can either book one band, or a package including DJs upon request. No job is too big or small.

We are non-genre specific booking agency.  Trust that we WILL find exactly what you need. We also have a select number of DJs we work with as well. 

GETTING STARTED (contact us)
It all starts with picking the perfect band for your event.  There is nothing worse than being at an event where it's obvious that someone booked the wrong type of music. We work closely with you to ensure that you choose the appropriate band. We ask a lot of questions to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. We often times will give you a few different options and help in making that final decision. After listening to what your needs are, we will have a pretty good idea what it is you want and will be able to narrow down your search fairly quickly. Once we narrow the search down to one or two bands, we will check on their availability and price. It's best to know what your general budget is so that we can narrow down the search more quickly and not waste time calling bands that we know are out of your price range. Once we pick an appropriate band and all details are discussed, the next step is to put everything in writing.

WE HANDLE ALL CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
Now that we have agreed on a price, band, set times, etc, we can now draw up a contract to ensure everyone is on the same page.  The contract is generally first signed by the buyer and is sent to our office with a deposit check attached. We then have the artist sign the contract. Once the contract is fully ratified by both parties, it's a done deal!

WE ENSURE THAT ALL DETAILS ARE COVERED  
Even after the the contract is signed, there might be some details that you will need to fine tune with either us or the artist. As long as they don't conflict too strongly with the terms of the contract, the artist can generally make certain adjustments to ensure that the event is a success. We want everyone to be happy - our artists understand that sometimes they need to be somewhat flexible with each event.

WE ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS FROM BEGINNING TO END  
For people who have never booked live entertainment before, this can be a daunting task. You will have questions, and we will have answers. We will answer any question you have from the first phone call to the last note played. We are here to help, don't hesitate to call or email us any time throughout the process.

As much as we try to avoid unforeseen surprises or setbacks, we are skilled in making sure that every issue is resolved quickly and smoothly. We have experienced many different situations and are equipped to handle new ones that may arise.  At the end of the day, our goal is to make sure that no matter what happens, everyone walks away knowing they had the time of their life at an event where the music was absolutely unforgettable.

We offer social internet marketing services to bands who have a great product but don't know how to reach more people, or build a solid fan base.
